Dr. Zombek is a Doctor of Physical Therapy serving patients in Circleville and the surrounding community. He founded Zombek Performance Therapy to create a focused, patient-first clinic—one that helps people restore movement and return to the activities that matter most.
His clinical background includes orthopedic care, upper extremity rehabilitation, blood flow restriction training, vestibular rehabilitation, and work conditioning evaluation. As a clinician and clinic leader, he has guided patients from first evaluation through discharge with an emphasis on measurable progress and lasting habits.
